           In today's meeting, the work of Chairman of the Chairman of the Chairman, Mr. Mohammad Amjad Hossain Dewan Sahib was inaugurated.

Subject matter

                   1. Review and approval of November / 2016 month income-expenditure.

                   2. Reading and approving the contents of the last meeting.

                   3. Talk about the ward meeting.


           In today's meeting, the work of Chairman of the Chairman of the Chairman of Mr. Md Amzad Hossain Dewan was inaugurated.

Discussion:

         In the meeting, the President welcomed the attendees and started the meeting. The President thanked everyone for attending the meeting. President Saif said that in the last meeting every member was asked to hold a ward, but some ward meetings have not been done. So he expressed his regret and said that the meeting must be ensured. If the ward is not meeting, the UP activities will be interrupted, the allocation will be canceled. He presented the November / 16 month income-expenditure meeting. He said that the trade license of the council in that month = 3000 / -, on the career of profession tax = 3640 / -, according to the warrant certificate = 2450 / -, in the village court = 5 / -, total income = 9095 / - (9 thousand taka Just). In that month the stationary, transit of VGD, and other expenses of the total expense = 11,148 / - (only eleven thousand eight eighty five rupees). The discussions are reviewed and the costs are met by the cost of verification, and it is approved in the meeting. President Saif said that the voucher should be saved under the cost, he instructed the UP Secretary to look after the matter to be more careful.

      

        Siddhantham 1 In the discussion, it is approved with all consent at the meeting of the November / 16 month income-expenditure review.

        Siddhantham 2 The decision to ensure the ward meeting is accepted unanimously.

        Siddhanth 3 It is decided to speed up the acquisition of information for the development of e-Khana.


        With no other discussion at the meeting, the President thanked all those present, and announced the completion of the meeting.
