           In today's meeting, the work of Chairman of the Chairman of the Chairman, Mr. Mohammad Amjad Hossain Dewan Sahib was inaugurated.

Subject matter

1. Review / approval of income / expenditure of September / 2016 months.

2. Reading and approval of the last meeting and confirmation.

3. General Discussion, Law and Order, Terrorism Terrorism Holding Tax Discussion on VGD.

Discussion and Decision

        In today's meeting, the President welcomed all the attendees and exchanged welfare. Thank all the members of the beginning for the meeting to attend the meeting. He told all the people that they informed the income and expenditure of the month of September / 2016 of this council. Total income = 27,280 / - The total expenditure in August / 2016 is Rs. 21,085 / - including the total expenditure of Rs 11.295 / -. All expenditure on this income-expenditure review meeting is approved. The UP Secretary is called for the proper voucher of the approved expenditure.

       It is also discussed in the meeting that the President called on all the members to keep a watchful eye so that law and order can not be found in the area, terrorism and militancy are not accessible to anyone. Currently, the Holding Assessment process is going on for all members to be requested for the cooperation of the staff appointed by the president. For VGD activities so that no corruption can be done, request all the members to list with voluntary donations so that the poor people are benefitted and benefited.

        With no other discussion at the meeting, the President thanked all those present, and announced the completion of the meeting.
